i am pleased to say that the place where i will be tomorrow will ALSO be the place they will be... same time... same venue. what are the odds huh? to say i am excited would be an understatement. i have read a few posts from the 3d boards about previous shows, but i didnt dig too deep, in fear that i would ruin the surprises for myself and me' mates. i know the setlists and that dcb would normally come out for a song w/ them - but i also know this isnt a normal tour stop so things will be different (i.e. no dcb at night). it will be fun to see how they change it up... and if there are other gomers there that i know. i hope to see lots of orange! and perhaps... if i have my concert mojo working... a lil m&g action. i have a crappy guitar that is now just for siggys, so i hope to add a few more.
god has been speaking to me lately and it feels great. he is reminding me that whatever i do, i should do it for his glory. when im at work and its a long day and i have to deal with rotton, mean ppl... i need to keep it real and remember what is important. thats the great thing about god - he will meet you at work, at home, at school, in your car, at a concert.... wherever you are! my satisfaction with work or with the great things i do bring ME temporary glory, not him. when i am satisfied in HIM, then he gets the glory. its a hard place to find, but i think i am getting close.
